If you submitted the application in April or earlier we will wait until May to process it unless it's outdated than we will file it right away and than we will refile it on MAY. Your application will be filed during the month it is due any time between the 1st until the 28th/30th/31st of the subject month depending on the 2nd to the last digit on your DOT Number.

If you are authorized for hire you will need an MC# (operating authority), BOC-3 (blanket company), and adequate insurance coverage for cargo carried.
